Clickwrap is where a website requires someone to click that they agree to the terms and conditions of use of a website before they can have access to the information being provided by the website. Clickwrap is a better form of legal protection for the website owner than Browsewrap, because it requires the visitor to actually do something, i.e., to click the link or check a box expressing their agreement before they can proceed.
