What does "Pogo Sticking" mean?

Pogo Sticking:

Pogo Sticking is when a user of a search engine sees a website in their search results, clicks the link from the search engine to that website, then immediately goes back to the search results and clicks another search result (obviously dissatisfied with what they found at that first website). It is the term used to describe an extremely short visit to a website. Compare to "bounce rate" and short "dwell time."
