The User eXperience [UX] is the subjective experience had by individuals concerning their interactions with a specific website or app. Was it easy for them to use? Hard to use? Fast enough? Images too big? Images too small? Easy to Navigate? Text readable? Helpful? Intuitively organized? Accurate? Confusing? What was the user's overall impression when using that website or app? That's the UX.
